Manager, Growth & Partnerships Execution

The Manager, Growth & Partnerships Execution is responsible for ensuring that EverMe's business development and partnership strategies are successfully executed. This role works closely with the Head of Business Development & Partnerships to manage the sales pipeline, coordinate strategic partnerships, support key accounts, and drive operational excellence across the revenue funnel.

Core Responsibilty

Funnel & Revenue Execution

  • Execute across the full B2B and B2B2C funnel (inbound, outbound, pilots, renewals, expansions)
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot preferred), including stages, next steps, and owners
  • Prepare meeting briefs, follow-ups, and action summaries
  • Support proposals, pilots, and pricing coordination
  • Identify and address funnel inefficiencies and bottlenecks

Key Accounts & Pilots

  • Drive day-to-day execution for priority accounts and pilot initiatives
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
  • Assist with renewals, expansion opportunities, and case study readiness

Partnerships Execution

  • Support sourcing, tracking, and activation of partnerships
  • Maintain partnership pipeline and status reporting
  • Manage coordination for pilots, integrations, and joint initiatives
  • Ensure partnerships progress beyond signing into execution

Community & EverUs Support

  • Support execution of EverUs initiatives (SMEs, ambassadors, events)
  • Oversee onboarding workflows, communications, and ongoing engagement
  • Track participation and engagement metrics
  • Translate community insights into growth opportunities

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as liaison across BD, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Operations
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and weekly updates
  • Ensure clarity on ownership, timelines, and dependencies

Experience & Skills

  • At least five years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Growth, or Revenue Operations
  • Experience supporting complex B2B or B2B2C sales cycles
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Interest or experience in health, wellness, longevity, or technology preferred

  • A purely administrative role
  • A junior project coordinator position
  • A pure sales closer role
  • A brand or content-only role
