Can I update or correct my information?
The rights you have to request updates or corrections to the information EverMe collects depend on your relationship with EverMe. Personnel may update or correct their information as detailed in our internal company employment policies.
Customers have the right to request the restriction of certain uses and disclosures of personally identifiable information as follows. You can contact us in order to (1) update or correct your personally identifiable information, (2) change your preferences with respect to communications and other information you receive from us, or (3) delete the personally identifiable information maintained about you on our systems (subject to the following paragraph), by cancelling your account. Such updates, corrections, changes and deletions will have no effect on other information that we maintain, or information that we have provided to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy prior to such update, correction, change or deletion. To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you profile access or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times.
You should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you have provided to us from our system. The need to back up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means that a copy of your information may exist in a non-erasable form that will be difficult or impossible for us to locate. Personnel
If you are a EverMe worker or applicant, we collect information you voluntarily provide to us. We use the information collected for Human Resources purposes in order to administer benefits to workers and screen applicants.You may contact us in order to (1) update or correct your information, (2) change your preferences with respect to communications and other information you receive from us, or (3) receive a record of the information we have relating to you. Such updates, corrections, changes and deletions will have no effect on other information that we maintain, or information that we have provided to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy prior to such update, correction, change or deletion
Sale of Business
We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of EverMe or any of its Corporate Affiliates (as defined herein), or that portion of EverMe or any of its Corporate Affiliates to which the Service relates, or in the event that we discontinue our business or file a petition or have filed against us a petition in bankruptcy, reorganization or similar proceeding, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information (including personal information) about you to our Corporate Affiliates. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

We use this wellness-related information solely to power general longevity and wellness-oriented features in the Service (e.g., lifestyle insights, pattern tracking, and non-medical recommendations). EverMe does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not interpret any data in a clinical or therapeutic context.
Ephemeral Processing – No Raw Health Data Storage
Wellness and health-related data obtained from such integrations is processed ephemerally (in transit) for the limited purpose of generating insights within the Service. We do not store or retain raw biometric data on our servers beyond what is technically necessary to provide the Service at that moment.
We may retain minimal derived metrics (such as a wellness score, readiness score, or aggregated trend data) that cannot be used to reconstruct your original raw biometric data.
No Advertising or Sale of Wellness Data
EverMe does not sell wellness or health-related data, nor do we use such data for advertising, retargeting, profiling, or data-brokerage purposes.
We may work with third-party processors that help us deliver the Service (including integrations that route or standardize your data), but they act strictly under our instructions through written agreements and are not permitted to use your wellness data for their own independent purposes.
Your Consent and Control
Connecting any wearable or wellness data source is optional. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration within EverMe, Terra, Health Connect, or the relevant third-party service. Once access is revoked, EverMe stops receiving data from that source going forward. You may also contact us to request the deletion of derived account-related data, as permitted by applicable law and our retention practices.
Non-Medical Use Only
The Service is intended solely for general wellness and longevity support. The Service is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical care. You should not rely on insights, scores, or trends provided by EverMe to make medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis or treatment.
Changes to the Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. However, if we introduce material changes that may affect your privacy rights or consent mechanisms, we will provide timely notice to users — such as through in-app notifications, email, or another reasonable method — before such changes take effect.
