Is Everme a medical product?

No. Everme is a wellness and educational product. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.

How much does Everme cost?

Is there a free trial?

Everme offers a 7 day free trial so you can explore the experience before subscribing. During the trial you can evaluate both free and premium features such as our personalized AI-powered system designed to understand your biometrics in context and give you actionables to improve your life, among others. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue access to premium features. If you decide not to subscribe, you will keep free access to all content

What happens after my trial ends?

After your trial ends, you’ll be prompted to choose a paid plan to continue accessing premium features. You can decide whether to subscribe at that moment. If you don’t subscribe, access will be limited to the free tier, until you upgrade.

What do I get with a paid plan?

A paid plan unlocks full access to Everme’s premium experience. This typically includes deeper and personalized actionables and  insights, AI agent coach that analizes your biometrics and personal data to guide you through your longevity journey and ongoing updates that help you stay consistent and informed over time.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to settings - Manage payment and billing in the app. There you can view plan details, see billing information, and manage subscription settings. This is the recommended place to handle any subscription-related action before contacting support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Manage payment and billing. After cancellation, your access stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again unless you choose to re-subscribe. If you have any issues or questions please send us an email to support@everme.ai .

Do you offer refunds for annual plans?

Annual refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, as outlined in our refund policy. If you get your subscription via apple or google playstore the refunds will be handled directly by the stores.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, Everme will retry the charge and notify you so you can update your payment information.

Will I be charged automatically?

Plans renew automatically unless canceled or the autorenew option is deactivated.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do refunds work?
