• Design and build autonomous AI agents that operate and make decisions within the platform.
• Integrate, fine‐tune, and deploy LLMs (GPT, BERT, Llama family) on Vertex AI to enhance natural‐language capabilities.
• Implement retrieval‐augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to boost information retrieval and content quality.
• Develop scalable serverless AI services with Cloud Run and Cloud Functions, managing experiments and tracking in Vertex AI.
• Orchestrate AI workflows by integrating CrewAI and LangGraph for seamless conversational experiences.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs; collaborate with back‐end teams to embed models and data pipelines into production.
• Analyse large datasets and build recommendation engines that personalise user experiences and inform product decisions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability through rigorous testing, reviews, and continuous learning of emerging AI/ML advances.

• Proven AI & ML expertise (2+years Gen AI and 7+ overall AI/ML field)- developing and deploying to production, autonomous agents, LLMs, retrieval‐augmented generation, open‐source model fine‐tuning
• Familiarity with CrewAI / LangGraph orchestration, Graph databases and Astra DB or other vectorial DB
• Proven work with AI agents using large‐language models (LLMs) from Llama family, Hugging Face, OpenAI,anthropic, TTS, or similar.
• Python mastery for AI workflows, data pipelines, and microservice back‐end development.
• Google Cloud proficiency — Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, CI/CD and Docker containerisation.
• Strong API design & integration skills for secure, scalable RESTful services.
• Data science & recommender systems know‐how: exploration, feature engineering, model evaluation, production deployment.
• Experience with data quality, security, and scalability best practices.
• Solid foundation in data structures & algorithms and analytical problem‐solving.
• Excellent communication & remote‐team collaboration; comfortable in fast‐paced startup environments.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
